1974 Dodge Ramcharger
This 1974 Dodge Ramcharger is a restored example that comes from the first year of production. This Ramcharger is said to be in good running and driving order, and wears a newer single-stage green repaint on the bodywork and chassis. It is Colorado title.
The 318ci V8 is believed original and paired to an automatic transmission. Aluminum Edelbrock heads and intake manifold have been fitted, and the stock exhaust manifolds were replaced with 4-2-1 ceramic coated headers. The truck is also equipped with MSD ignition and an Edelbrock carburetor.
The interior features a number of modifications, including leather bucket seats, an upgraded stereo with new door speakers, steering wheel, and a tachometer. The dash and door panels are original.
This truck is equipped with a 4″ suspension lift, American Racing alloys, and 33″ BF Goodrich Mud Terrains.
The Dodge Ramcharger was a full-size, short-wheelbase Dodge pickup with an extended cab and a short bed, which could be covered by a nicely blended cap, until 1981, when it became a modern “full roof” truck-based SUV. Launched in 1974, the Ramcharger stayed, in two generations, through to 1993. When launched, it had standard four wheel drive, but no passenger seats at all – just the driver’s seat.
