1964 Dodge 330 2-Door Coupe
The Dodge 330 is a full-size automobile that was marketed by Dodge from 1962 to 1964 (1965 in Canada). Available in 2-door or 4-door sedan body designs utilizing the B-body.
The car has a second generation version of the Chrysler Hemi V8 that was also. A 1964 introduction for the competition cars. A factory compression ratio of 12.5:1, with Holley 4160 four barrel carburators. The factory horsepower output was around 425 horsepower and this car’s engine is described as a fully correct, date-codedrace Hemi built by Mopar perfomance specialist Mike Lopez. The engine is hooked up to a Chrysler 727 TorqueFlite 3-speed automatic transmission with manual valve body.
Inside the car’s interior is a similar gray-blue shade with bench seats front and rear. The car properly has those rear armrests, plus chrome knobs for the roll-up windows and door releases. The steering wheel is a two-spoke with horn rings. The dash appears to have a wide decal to imitate the gauges and glove box.
The Dodge 330 was a great car to start with a build like this. After all, it has an interesting style that was only around for a few years. And the turbine car-inspired design already makes it look like it has Space Age power. The big power bulge of the cowl hood lets you know this has the power to get you to the moon!!!
