The 350ci “Thrift-King” inline-six came equipped with a Rochester B one-barrel carburetor and was rated at 108 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission with an unsynchronized first gear.
The factory two-spoke steering wheel features a full horn ring and fronts a two-tone body-color steel dashboard with a round 110-mph speedometer and horizontal gauges for temperature, fuel level, battery charge, and oil pressure. Decorative chrome grilles adorn the ashtray, speaker, and glovebox. Amenities include a dash-mounted rearview mirror, a heater/defroster, a push-button AM radio, and a stem-wound clock.
